Vibroacoustic Harp Therapy® (VAHT®) is a form of sound therapy often likened to a musical massage. By vibrating and resonating with the body's tissues, it influences physiological processes as well as the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the individual. The harp's diverse frequencies and overtones can stimulate and harmonize both the physical body and its energetic counterpart, providing multi-level therapeutic benefits
Sound Healing is a transformative therapy that harmonizes diverse healing sounds, music, and instruments to nurture our holistic well-being. This immersive experience gently awakens all dimensions of our luminous energy - body, mind, soul, and spirit - with a gentle, loving touch.
Reiki, a complementary therapy, aims to promote wellness by restoring balance to a person's life force or energy field. The technique was developed in Japan and is administered by the laying on of hands. It is based on the idea that all living things have a special energy flowing through them called life energy. A treatment can feel like a warm glowing radiance that flows through the body. It is a very relaxing experience and some clients report the body feeling heavy as it relaxes and yet the spirit or emotions feeling light at the same time. A treatment will usually release negative feelings or thoughts leaving the client feeling more positive, light hearted and with feelings of well-being.
To prepare for your healing session, wear loose clothing, stay hydrated and eat a light meal beforehand if needed. Set an intention for your therapy. If you have any medical concerns, consult your doctor before attending a sound bath session and make sure to discuss them with your sound healing practitioner.
During a one-on-one sound healing session, clients lie or sit comfortably while a trained practitioner plays soothing music and instruments. The practitioner may use specialized tools like harp, tuning forks, chimes, singing bowls, rain sticks to transmit healing vibrations throughout the client's body.
The ideal frequency of sound bath attendance depends on your personal needs and preferences. While some find a monthly session sufficient to promote relaxation and reduce stress, others may prefer a more frequent practice, such as two or three times per month.
Our goal is for you to cultivate a deeper sense of peace within yourself, to experience greater connection to nature, the elements, and the simple joys of life.
